About Us

Coping WellSM was started in 2003 with the sole objective of helping people living with multiple sclerosis live their lives as fully as possible. The wellness program consists of 3 elements:

  1. 9 months of practitioners presenting their area of expertise in reference to living well with MS
  2. CDs of Past Sessions where you can review and purchase topics which may interest you
  3. CD of Guided Imagery Meditations with 5 selections designed to relieve many high frequency MS symptoms including fatigue, difficulty sleeping, reducing stress and the need for the feeling of overall well-being.

The monthly MS wellness program is on the 3rd Thursday of every month (hopefully easy to remember: th/th) with breaks for July, August and December. It takes place in the home of founder and executive director Barbara Sullivan Roehrig from 11:30am – 1pm Mountain Time. Registration is $20 for on-site participation; $5 for on-site scholarships for participants on Medicaid, a low fixed-income and those qualifying for financial assistance; $32 for callers from within the US & Canada; $15 for financial scholarships. Once registration is completely on-line, participants will get directions and instructions for the accessible entrance (ramps and railings).

Coping Well is a 501(c)3 registered non-profit.
